Heavy duty stencil material on carrier film for for making rhinestone/rhinestud stencils.

The stencil film can be cut with the Silhouette Cameo, Cricut, and similar/larger cutters.

The material is 38 cms wide.

This material is also suitable for use with the Bernini CrystalWork tool for making rhinestone designs.
