We accept orders by telephone, fax, email and mail.

We accept payment by all leading credit cards (except American Express), by UK sterling cheques and bank transfer.

Please note that it is not secure to send your credit card details by unencrypted email. For your own security please always telephone or fax your credit card information.

Wherever possible orders received by 1.30 pm will be despatched same day by courier or Royal Mail post as appropriate. Orders placed after 1.30 pm will be dispatched if time allows.

All courier deliveries are next working day deliveries.

Pre 9.00 am, pre 12.00 noon or Saturday deliveries can be arranged for a supplement.

England, Wales and Scotland
Items under 1kg in weight are normally sent by first class, recorded delivery if appropriate to value. Postage is charged at cost rounded up to nearest 50p above.

Over 1kg consignments which can be packed into an Courier Easi-Pak bag will be sent by this method and charged at cost - £5.83.

Larger volume consignments are charged at cost - £7.50 up to 20 kilos and 30p per kilo thereafter.

Please note that special rates will apply to the Scottish Islands, and the Isle of Man.

Northern/Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Europe and the rest of the world

No goods will be accepted for return without prior authorisation, please contact us before returning any goods. Any goods returned due to no fault of The Transfer Press Ltd are liable to a 10% handling charge. No returned goods can be refunded unless, and until, they are checked by ourselves and found to be in a perfect and unused condition.

All costs incurred in the course of the transaction must be repaid in full, including all bank and carriage charges.

All prices shown on our web site are plus VAT at the current rate (17.5%) for all UK supplies.

VAT is also applied to all EU (European Union) countries unless we receive notification of a VAT registration number.

Supplies to non-EU countries are not subject to Value Added Tax.

Impulse Wear, Wild Side and Best Friends Pets offer a total of over 8,000 different heat transfer designs and it is not possible for us to hold stock of the full range.

We place orders with Impulse Wear and Wild Side every two weeks and with Best Friends Pets every four weeks. Orders must be placed with us by Thursday lunchtime and the transfers are despatched to customers early the following week.

When ordered please ensure that you include the catalogue number, catalogue page number and design name where applicable.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
