A range of coasters for dye sublimation printing. The range includes glossy topped MDF, fabric topped rubber and glass coasters. We also have two coaster holders in light wood and mahogany finish.

Unisub MDF and standard coasters A range of MDF and

printing. The budget cork backed coaster has a flexible glossy surface for sublimation

Coaster holders
Slotted coaster holders for four coasters. Suitable for MDF and glass coasters. The mahogany holder is made from MDF and the light coloured holder is made for us, in the UK, from natural wood and as a natural product please note that the colours may vary.

 | Printing instructions
Wooden coasters - 60 seconds at 200º centigrade. Medium to high pressure.
Glass coasters - Pressing time 4 minutes at 200° c with medium pressure. Important - do not mirror image when printing out your transfer. Lay transfer on base of press and place the coaster on top (white side down) covered with a sheet of plain paper. Remove from press when pressing time is complete and turn over onto uncoated side to allow to cool. This product is very hot when removed from the press, ensure that you wear protective gloves (or similar) and have a heatproof surface to place it onto to cool. Add feet (supplied) when cold.
Fabric topped coasters - 50 seconds at 195º centigrade. Medium pressure. |
