Press at 155-180º centigrade for 10 to 20 seconds. Remove carrier while still warm, cover with a suitable cover sheet and press for another 5-10 seconds.

Press at 165º centigrade for 10 seconds using low pressure. Remove carrier while still hot/warm, Repress from the back for another 15 seconds, using low pressure, with the garment pressed into the soft base of the press or ideally onto an old t-shirt over the base of the press.
